Refund Policy

  • The customer must accept full responsibility for the cost and safe return of any item for which you require an exchange or refund. G. Sheffield & Sons Ltd. accept no liability for any item until safely received at our registered premises.
  • The company reserves the right to refuse all exchanges or refunds requested after 30 days of the order being dispatched.
  • All items returned for exchange or refund are subject to a thorough examination of condition. The company reserves the right to refuse all returned items if deemed not to be in the same perfect condition supplied to the customer.
  • All items received by the company will be processed within 30 days.  
  • We will only refund Postage costs when either the item has a clear manufacturing fault or an error has occurred for which we accept full responsibility.
